ALL NEW PADDLERS!!!! (Be early and wear shorts and athletic top or t-shirt) All are welcome to come and paddle with us!
Also, please be prepared for all weather conditions. Bring warm clothes to change into after practice, as well as clothes for conditions. Also bring water and powerbars or whatever it is that you eat.... Workout Checklist:

- Towel
- Shorts & T-shirt/Rash Guard
